Chantel Jansen van Rensburg

My journey in Real Estate started in 2008, but not as a Real Estate agent, I was hired as the receptionist
for one of the world's biggest International Real Estate Companies. I was amazed and intrigued about
everything Real Estate had to offer. I wanted to help, every unique family walking through our doors, to
find their perfect home. I wanted to be part of each person's joy and excitement in finding a place
where they can build their own dreams and grow their family, a place that they can call home.I started
with my NQF level 4 in 2011, working days as an intern agent and studying nights with my 1 year old son
on my lap. I qualified as a full status agent in 2013, and had already built-up a good client base from
2008. It's, however, the clients who eventually became friends who kept me motivated and eager to
learn and go further.

I achieved my NQF 5 in 2015 and in 2017 I joined one of the largest Real Estate brands in South-Africa. In
2019, I sold one of Fochville's most expensive and elite properties, the highest grossing sale ever made
at this company and in April 2019 I received silver club status at the franchise's yearly awards
Ceremony.I'm a well-regarded Realtor and an industry innovator and I have built great relationships
with Fochville's Real Estate community, since starting in Real Estate. I decided, in 2019, that I wanted to
further myself even more and, therefore, started my own Real Estate company in Fochville. I'm the co-
founder of KeyTree Properties (Pty) Ltd.
